Terri grew up in Dunedin and then Hastings, attending high school at Flaxmere College where she enjoyed playing netball, being a part of Females on the Move, and also being on the 2021 Student Executive Team. Terri was instrumental in leading key projects in her senior years at school and has broad experience before joining Te Rae and HB REDA, in areas such as horticulture, retail, and hospitality.

Terri joined HB REDA in early 2024 and has quickly developed a reputation for high delivery customer care. Terri is the go-to person for audio visual support, admin, first aid, fire safety and H&S at Te Rae.

Terri supports manager Mardi Thompson-Jopling as Kaiāwhina (Event and operational support) coordinating and hosting small to large meetings and events, completing important administrative tasks, and helping ensure Te Rae meeting space is a warm and welcoming place for everyone who enters its doors.
